Across the UK, thousands at workers at 70 companies are taking part in the biggest-ever trial of a four-day working week.
Joining It’s Bloody Complicated to discuss the trial and a potential future of reduced working hours are representatives from digital marketing firm Literal Humans and brewery Pressure Drop, both of which are participating in the pilot.
And we’ll also hear from Will Stronge, co-author of Overtime: Why We Need a Shorter Working Week and Head of Research at future-of-work think tank Autonomy, which is helping coordinate the pilots, and Kate Bell, Head of Rights, International, Social and Economics at the TUC.
